I am pretty certain that if there is a key to happiness, it is the enjoyment of baking your own bread. The smell of the yeast, combining the ingredients like a chemist, the sensual, soft doughy massage and that warm toasty smell when its baked to perfection, not to mention the taste test at the very end. This 1970′s Solmatic Victorian made (North Fitzroy if you want to get technical) all quality, fully adjustable metal and solid timber slicer will slice through your fresh bread like a hot knife through butter. Yum!
